APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All skin experts and therapists at BLISS (COMPLETE AESTHETIC CLINIC) are trained and approved in accordance with the clinic protocol.
  • If you are unable to attend your service then please inform the clinic.
  • We need to know that you wish to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule the appointment before 24 hours will result in the loss of treatment and the offers applied/ your deposit.
  • Advance given is not liable to return if not informed before 24 hours.
  • 18% GST will be deducted from the advance payment cut if canceled.
  • We request you to arrive for your appointment in 10 mins. before so that any necessary paperwork or changes in treatment can be done prior.
  • We will make our efforts to inform you in advance if any cancellation or postponement of the treatment happens, due to any unexpected circumstances.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

  • The personal information / data provided by you during the course of usage of the Site or at the clinic will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the companies regulation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Clinic uses call log information to help provide specific our members the efficient services under this membership.

 

COURSE AND TREATMENT PLAN

  • Any course or treatment plan booked by the client is done through their own understanding. BLISS (COMPLETE AESTHETIC CLINIC) is not responsible for any clients changing their minds in-between their course of service . No refund will be given on such changes.
  • It is a patient’s responsibility to provide us with any medical issue or concerns prior to there service, BLISS (COMPLETE AESTHETIC CLINIC) will not be liable to any damage that occurs as a result to clients failure to disclose such details.

 

LIABILITY

  • BLISS (COMPLETE AESTHETIC CLINIC) is not liable to any personnel injury to any client due to negligence of the instruction and recommendation provided for the treated area.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

  • At BLISS (COMPLETE AESTHETIC CLINIC) we treat all our patients with compassion and fair decisions. If however, you have any issue with any matter you are liable to put a complaint verbally, by telephone or in writing. Our team is here to assist you with all your concerns and the right action will be taken in consideration.
  • During the course of investigation of any complaint you will be required to attend an additional visit to meet the practitioner involved during the treatment so that the right action can be taken. We don’t entertain any refund, return or cancellation.
