What is the possibility of getting the earliest appointment?

It depends on the usual rush hours and our already booked appointments. We will connect you to get the appointment scheduled at your best convenient time.

What is expected on appointment day?

Please visit 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time to avoid the last-minute rush. Do carry all test reports and a list of all medications including prescription drugs along with yourself. Don’t forget to wear a mask as per COVID protocols issued by Govt guidelines.  In order to avoid any disturbance to other patients, we request you to avoid talking at cellphones and keep it in silent mode.

Will I also need to schedule follow-up appointments?

Generally, follow-up appointments are scheduled by us on your last visit itself and we mention it to you too. In case you want to reschedule it, we expect you to inform us a day before. It depends on your last visit to our clinic.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment. What should I do?

In case of rescheduling or canceling an appointment, please inform us at our clinic’s Contact No.: +91-9717535400 at least 2 hrs before your scheduled appointment to let us know.

Does the clinic provide any kind of emergency ambulance support service?

Does clinic provide teleconsultation?

Yes, we do provide teleconsultation. But it totally depends on the disease, its extent & intensity, severity on affected area and many other factors. As per condition, we may advise you to visit the clinic for proper and accurate diagnosis to avail better treatment.
